AOC Bordeaux dry white wine :

- The Cuvée des Anges is an organic wine of sémillon and sauvignon. She is converted into wine and raised on dregs in barrels of oak. Finely wooded from the apéritif, its freshness will come to awaken your papillae. Evident on a fish, be allowed surprise by savouring this dry white wine with some ham of Bayonne, but also with a cheese of goat or ewe. Trust your senses and let act the delicate charm of its aromas. Served freshly (7 - 8 °C) but not iced, this white wine delights the taste buds by its liveliness and its flexibility.

Note of tasting Cuvée des Anges 2010: nicely decorated by spicy notes of grilled hazelnuts, with lemony aromatic nuances which get freshness and intensity, and allow the woody sensations to express themselves completely throughout the tasting.

- The Moulin de Cajus : a fruity, light organic dry white wine to be consumed freshly, rather with oysters and seafoods.

Stemming from three vines Sémillon (80 %), Sauvignon (15 %) and Muscadelle (5 %) pick in 3 in 5 passages.

This organic white wine is freshly of use to 10 ° in the apéritif, with some foie gras, a fish in roux, a veined cheese or on a dessert.

Available in 1/2 bottle of 37,5 cl on 13 euro (vintage year 2005) and in bottle of 75 cl in 25 euro (vintage year 2007).
