AOC Bordeaux Clairet (light red wine) :
This wine is obtained from red grapes. Nearer of a red than to a rosé, it distinguishes itself from all other wines, but rest typically of Bordeaux.
We invite it from the apéritif, even in winter, as a sunbeam. It is the perfect appetizer which tickles and awakens papillae.
To serve freshly, but not too much, on a grill, a salad, a dish of vegetables, an exotic meal, a spicy cooking...
We have the pleasure to see our Bordeaux Clairet (bio) rewarded for several years.
Note of tasting Clairet (light red wine) 2010 :
Slightly acidulated mouth, in a fruity, spring complexity where we find framboisées, fat and relatively pleasant nuances, in a case very slightly supported by the tannin of grape
